Joe Lansden
Joe Lansden has built his life in the construction profession since 1977. In 1992, intending to follow the family business and his father’s footsteps, Joe obtained his Juris Doctor with a direction in the legal field and a focus on Real Estate and Contract negotiations. Eventually, Joe realized that the legal world was not his true passion and re-directed his career, returning to the creation of construction. In 1999, Joe started his own company, building more than 100 custom and speculative residential projects located in the California Central Coast region. Joe’s company included turn-key services ranging from in-house real estate, land use entitlement, architecture, engineering, and construction. Subsequently, Joe obtained his Real Estate Broker license and transitioned to the commercial construction and real estate market.
